Step 3: Further Your Research

Work with your Franchise Developer to complete further exploration and the final sessions of discovery, including a territory analysis. The opportunity to talk with existing franchise business owners is one of the most anticipated elements of this phase. Step 4: Visit Company Headquarters

All qualified candidates will be invited to join us at one of our national headquarters in Irving, Texas, or Waco, Texas for Meet the Team Day. This visit will provide you with a snapshot of our business model, and answer questions you may have regarding operations, technology, marketing, territory allocation, and more.

Step 5: Training and Grand Opening of Your Franchise Business

Once you've signed on for your franchise, you'll begin the Sure Start training program and preparations for the opening of your business, including creating a local marketing plan.

A designated Sure Start Consultant will work closely with you for your first year. In addition, you’ll be paired with a Franchise Business Coach who will provide consistent support and accountability.
