Richard’s Story

Richard Ziba served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years. After retiring from the military, he took a position as a home inspector for about a year. When he heard about franchise opportunities at  a veteran’s forum, he was interested. After all, controlling his own business destiny had long been a goal of his. And when he realized owning a franchise business could also bring the opportunity to make a difference in other people's lives, he was ready to get to work.

In 2021, Richard launched Real Property Management Abound in Owasso, Oklahoma. Today, he credits Real Property Management’s comprehensive systems and support as keys to his new company’s success.

“Having access to a huge network of people operating the same business is invaluable,” Richard said.  “When we come across something we've never dealt with, someone else in the network has—and they are willing to help.”
