Quentin’s Story

U.S. Army veteran Quentin Smith is the owner-operator of a successful Mr. Appliance® franchise in Augusta, Georgia. He decided to open a new location in 2016 after hearing about all the possibilities of franchise ownership from a franchise coach. He secured SBA funding and quickly learned as much as possible about the appliance business and the franchise industry.

An Atlanta franchise owner invited Quentin to visit him to share his knowledge and experience. He went over the numbers with Quentin — even teaching him how to read a P&L. Quentin chose a Mr. Appliance franchise because he really liked Neighborly’s® business model and support system. He believes these have been critical components in helping him achieve his franchise ownership goals.
